Thank you for shopping with Pure Freedom. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination and carrier delays.

Estimated delivery windows:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Pure Freedom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
If you need to correct your address, contact us at support@purefreedom.org
 within 24 hours of placing your order.
We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pure Freedom is not liable for:

Packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier

Packages delayed due to carrier issues or incorrect addresses

Damage occurring after the package has been delivered

If your package was lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will assist you where possible, but resolution must be handled through the carrier.
